The four steps for working with me are:

Complete a Sleep Questionnaire. You will provide me with a detailed snapshot of your child’s sleep habits, bedtime routine, temperament, and schedule so I may create a sleep plan that is 100% customized to fit YOUR family’s needs. You will receive a printable copy.

60-90 Minute Baby Sleep Consultation. We will discuss strategies, troubleshoot potential sleep problems, and learn how to address bedtime, nap time, night-wakings, and any other specific issues you might be dealing with.

Implement Your Baby’s Sleep Plan. You will begin the program and track your child’s sleep on the sleep log provided.

You’ll Be Supported. You will receive three weeks of support from me through phone calls and unlimited text messages.
